No. Jobcard Manager Pro is a self-hosted application. You purchase a license key and host the software on your own web server or private hosting environment. This gives you complete ownership and control over your data without recurring monthly per-user subscription fees.
The application is incredibly lightweight. You simply need a standard Linux/cPanel hosting environment running PHP 8.0 or higher, a MySQL or MariaDB database, and standard PHP extensions (PDO, MBString, JSON, and ZIP). Our automated installer handles the rest.
Not at all. The entire workflow is paperless. Technicians can open the jobcard on their mobile devices or tablets, track their time, log materials, and use the built-in digital canvas to capture the client's signature directly on their touchscreen.
The moment a technician and client sign off on a job, our system automatically generates a professional, co-branded PDF document. This PDF is then silently queued and emailed to the client, the technician, and any partner agencies via our asynchronous background mailer.
Yes! You can create dedicated Partner accounts. When a jobcard is assigned to a partner, it automatically utilizes their unique jobcard numbering sequence (e.g., AGT-0001) and applies their agency logo and contact details to the final generated PDF.
Absolutely. Clients are provided with their own secure portal where they can log in, view the status of active service requests, review their operational timeline, and download PDF copies of all past signed-off jobcards.
Technicians have a "Start Timer" button on their execution dashboard. When clicked, it stamps the exact arrival time. Once the work is finalized, the system automatically calculates the total time spent on-site and embeds that duration into the final PDF.
Yes. Before signing off, technicians can use the Materials Matrix to actively log any parts, hardware, or consumables used during the call. These items are compiled into a neat table on the final PDF document.
No. Jobcard Manager Pro uses an advanced asynchronous database queue for heavy tasks. Generating PDFs and communicating with SMTP email servers happens silently in the background, ensuring your frontend UI remains lightning fast.
